		<description>The Commission announced today that it has sent warnings to 71 companies that could potentially fraudulent Mortgage foreclosure assistance programs and market changes. The letters informing these companies, their ads may violate federal law.
The ads were identified during the national events on the Internet, direct mail, advertising and spam, based on ads targeted mortgage assistance to homeowners in financial distress. These ads contain potentially misleading statements touting guaranteed results, the success rate above 90 percent, and claims belonging to owners of borrowers, with the hope now alliance, or federal programs.

The FTC is five steps to prosecute the offender in the mortgage fraud. According to the Federal Trade Commission, these programs generally work as follows. First, the use of terms such as security and 97% success to mislead consumers about the services of a mortgage foreclosure rescue or amendment may satisfy the demand for front costs for these services shall not charge fees C-profit organizations and to use copycat names or similar Web sites seems to be a profit or government entity. Often after collecting the fees, companies with little or no help for consumers. In each case described below, the FTC has requested or has already received a preliminary injunction to prevent the unlawful conduct of the defendant.</description>
